1. Is this region 4, will it play in Australian dvd players?
   It's from USA. However, according to the Manufacturer, if the dvd player was manufactured after 2000, it will work with these dvds.
2. What are the languages played on the DVDs? Is there a French version on those DVDs? I'm from Canada and we get our Baby Einstein DVDs from the USA and there is on some of them French and Spanish as well. Could you double check for me please?
   Some of them have French as menu. I mean you can select the language ( English, French, Spanish) However 8~9 discs out of 22 . most of them are in English.
3. I've rec'd the DVD and the quality is so great but unfortunately my son is not very keen to watch the DVD...can I get your mailing address, so that I can return to you.
   Sorry about this. This is not related to our refund policies.
